Note: While we make our best effort to produce quality products, some product's embroidery or screenprinting may be slightly different than the images in size or color.
How soon will my order be shipped and how soon will I get it?
We create our products in small batches to keep cost down and quality up. Please allow up to 3 days for production and products to be shipped. Standard orders take up to 5-7 days to be delivered. In some cases products may be shipped in separate boxes as we use two different warehouses for easier shipping, one on the east coast and another on the west coast, so some products may be in stock in one but not the other thus the shipping in separate boxes.
International orders may take up to 14-20 days depending on customs in your country.
How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS priority or RUSH DHL for prompt shipping. We take great care in our packaging process as to ensure the products you ordered arrive in the best possible condition.
When the carrier picks up your package to be sent they will issue a tracking number, once we have the information we will update your order and an email will be sent containing your information. Please note you will only get tracking number once the order ready to be shipped and you can track your shipment on the ARRIVE APP! Some international orders are not trackable once they leave the US.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
US orders are shipped for a flat rate. Orders over $75 ship for free. All others are based on weight or your order and location.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. You may also replace/exchange an item.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
How To Return An Item
You can return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by mail. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you do not absolutely love our products, we will exchange your products at no cost to you, or fully refund your purchase. Our primary goal is to build a community of rodeo fanatics, offer the absolute best products at the best prices, with customer service being our #1 focus.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned for a refund, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund must have Order Number to complete the refund process. Refunds may take 7-10 business it depends on your Financial Institution
- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
- Ranch and Rodeo Must receive Merchandise back before any exchanges are made and sent back out.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
